How to Install evolution software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

evolution software package provides groupware suite with mail client and organizer, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install evolution

evolution is installed in your system.

Make ensure the evolution package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep evolution *

You will get with evolution package name, version, architecture and description in a table
